Heather's shop is turning 3 next month! In honor of the occasion, Heather requested a 468x60 animated banner to showcase the birthday, her beautiful items, and guest vendors.

    I like the first one the best! Can we add some color to the background, and maybe let have Loving Touch Wet Bags in a color too?
