Mock-ups for "Facets Jewelry"

We had worked on Karen's banner for her Etsy shop, so I designed the HC header to match that. She wanted either a blue sky with clouds or a solid dark sky blue for the background.

Here are a few different ideas for backgrounds and table border colors.

I've done two trades with Karen because her jewelry is so gorgeous! The craftsmanship is wonderful and I love how the crystals just shine.

Here are a few pics of the beautiful jewelry she's created for me. I ordered one crystal necklace for me and a set with earrings for my Mom. After seeing my Mom's earrings I decided I needed a pair for me too! That's why my earrings are in the second set of pics. :) Click images to view larger:

Animated Banners for "Bitty Fluff" Congo

I love working with these ladies! They needed a new 150x50 animated banner to announce their special 9/9/09 stocking, and an updated 150x50 animated banner to replace their regular banner.

They weren't sure what text to put on each of the banners so I kept it nice and simple so that it will stay in their customer's minds easier. :)

I wasn't sure which details she wanted pointed out, so for this mock-up I took key points of her diapers from her "About Our Diapers" page.

Hyena Cart Coding for "Red Earth Originals"

I've been working with Rebecca to fix some problems in the coding on her HC. Originally, the leftnav links were coded above the rest of her items, and there was coding missing that was preventing customers from purchasing through her HC.

I completely re-did the coding to fix the errors and moved the leftnav links so that they're in-line with the rest of her items. I think it looks nicer and is more user-friendly. I tried to keep the design as close as possible to her original design. :) Click to view larger:

Here are a couple of mock-ups for Kayla's site. :) Background is a bit more spread out, logos have no borders, and headers have no borders, smaller font, and baby moved up more.

Difference between mock-ups: one has a smaller "separating line" between the header and the top navigation buttons.

Received a beautiful diaper from Andrea this week and finished uploading the coding for her site!

I created the header, background, links coding, and added a few buttons to the bottom to finish it off. :)

We returned home from vacation and our fantastic "bugs" diaper from Andrea was waiting for us!

It fits AJ really well. I love the soft, squishy fabrics. And the drying time is fantastic because of the snap-in soaker. :)

Fixing Some Coding Issues for "Red Earth Originals"

There are a few coding issues on Rebecca's site that are preventing customers from adding items to their shopping carts. I fixed the 6 that I found today and am hoping that will solve the problem. :)

Hyena Cart Mock-up for "Punkin Doodles Diapers"

Kayla already has a few darling images for her Hyena Cart but wanted her design changed a bit; images changed to vectors, swirly background, more subdued colors, top buttons changed to one line, top buttons with matching font, and link colors to match her color palette.

Here's the first mock-up for her new design! Note that the "bullets" on the left will not appear in the final design. Colors, fonts, background, etc., can all be changed.

Changes to "Ruby Rocket's Diaper Co"

Worked on the finishing touches for Jessica's site!

- Created and uploaded the bottom buttons ("Home", "Past", "Contact", "Hyena Cart")
- Designed and uploaded two different thumbnail images (rocket lady and diapers)
- Changed the main view to "All Categories"
- Added a second "Test" category to show the second thumbnail image
- Changed the coding that was creating an extra border around the Categories buttons

So far I think it's looking awesome!

Home from Yellowstone!!!

We're home from a wonderful vacation in Yellowstone and Park City. We had a fantastic time hiking, swimming, camping, river rafting, watching geysers, and getting to know family better!

Kind of nice to be home again but always hard to get back into the routine of regular life.
