Inspired by Blue Apron: Weeknight Hero Spice Blend

Last week I forgot to postpone our Blue Apron order, and I'm so glad I did! Our 2 family sized meals arrived and they were amazing!

We had friends from Spain visit last night and decided to recreate one of the favorites: Chicken & Brown Butter Rice with Corn and Tomatoes.

The only problem? We didn't have the delicious "Weeknight Hero Spice Blend". Oh no!
